I enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were super-friendly. The hotel had a secluded position. Besides, the area was walkable, next to menara mall. Brilliant view, a pleasant balcony, quiet bed, too.
Facilities were well-kept, even so internet was terrible.

The staff was enthusiastic and we liked continental breakfast. Super location - walking distance to grocery shop and a supermarket. English bar was delightful! Magnificent views and well-maintained garden.
Downside was the air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.

The staff and location are pleasant here. The rooms are huge with a terrace and the overall experience is decent. Late check out;))

It was a fantastic experience in a fabulous hotel. Convenient rooms, yoghourt, muffins, breads, porridge and fruit in the morning, reasonably priced food. Quick check in & the service was helpful. What's more, we enjoyed that we could park nearby.

loyal staff, nice pool. only 20 min walk to downtown. the beds are good to sleep on. furthermore, guests can use free parking.

Hotel's location was adjacent to main attractions like palais des congres. Bed was good, great night sleep.
